The doctors believe i have sleep apnea I'm 16 weeks pregnant and very scared? - sleep apnea support
I am 16 weeks pregnant and the doctors say he can be dangerous for the child, as can the lack of oxygen, disability and preterm delivery. The more I read more about it all the more frightening it seems. So I wanted to know if someone is diagnosed as suffering from sleep apnea and had been a healthy baby without complications.
I must go to a sleep study next month, but all the questions that I answered that I would find someone in the same boat to talk.
My friend is very convenient, but it's hard to explain, I'm afraid.
Who said that the second is simply a lie that is 100 times more than I can say.
I am a first time poster, so I hope I did right.

Hello ABBIT,
ReplyDeleteFirst, I am a man, but I suffer from sleep apnea and has done much research on it! If you are the best place for you and your child time to be! I promise you, I feel better if you done with your sessions, sleep study and treatment of Start!
In general, you have a night study will determine exactly where the things that disturb your sleep. Things like leg twich and other things that also affect sleep! Anyway, after the first session, if you really have sleep apnea, and so many events to keep the cessation of breathing or breathing at night was prescribed a second night of the provision Proper air pressure with a CPAP device with the names should be set so that you sleep quality!
The quality of sleep is when your brain is a deep level of that REM sleep, because your eyes to jerk rapidly (rapid eye movement) in this state. This is the level where your brain is asleep! The body is on automatic. With my sleep apnea, what happensRespiratory system is not! What happens is the brain does not receive oxygen and experiences awake enough to pull the lungs, to breathe a sigh of air! Well, I'm still asleep!
What happened to me personally in a single operation has been canceled and anesthesia breathing stopped me sleep and I almost died! A person who died are well drunk! Me and my wife have scared me participate in a sleep lab!
However, the sleep has improved my outlook on life! Since I these questions, we know that treating sleep apnea contributes to depression and all sorts of things. Personally, I lost 75 kilograms or less, only the air we breathe!
I know you will really feel much better when you get used to the CPAP machine! It takes 2 to 3 weeks to get used to it, probably 6 weeks, and you will not see!
You're really good! Be patient, give it time! When it's time to get your mask or something, I prefer a mouthpiece, the face covered; Try several different things to comfort herfterall is you who sleep! Go for your convenience! You know, Almay hypoallergenic cream that you could use if irritation breaks in the first place! You can just a small piece of the nose or face piece!
Good luck, good sleep

ReplyDeleteDiagonsed not really during my pregnancy, but now I realize that I was suffering from sleep apnea and with him. My twins were born a month early, but was in a different state, and both are healthy. I think more than anything else, you should try to remain calm, relaxed and healthy and do not worry. Stress can harm your baby. Also, try on the page, I do not know about you but I slept in my garden when I was pregnant and I think that helped snoring and "breath". Hope this helps. My best wishes for a happy and healthy delivery!
ReplyDeleteI suffer from sleep apnea. If the doctor does not attend the meeting as an emergency for the study of sleep, I would not worry too much. There is not much information out there on the topic, but you can find. While the first study to monitor everything, so if you are serious, as they know it. It takes about a week for the doctor to the report and request a copy, because that will not receive a score. Go online and find the meaning of their guests. If more than 10.1, it is serious. If it under what is mine, was a moderate 9.7, which meant it. It makes a big difference in the machine during the night. But the best thing we can do is not to panic is not good for you, children or family members. I think even 5 has a sweet, 5.1 to 10 is moderate.
